L-Glutamine is one of the crucial components in cell culture media. L-Glutamine in liquid media degrades within a few days when cultured in +37°C. Stable Glutamine is a stable dipeptide form of L-glutamine. L-alanyl-L-glutamine does not degrade in liquid media incubated at +37°C or stored at +15°C to +25°C.
- Direct substitute for L-glutamine
- For mammalian cell cultures
- For suspension and adherent cell cultures
- Essential media component
- Stabilized form of L-glutamine
- No toxic ammonia build-up due to degradation processes
