This move enables us to offer even better services to you. In our Piscataway site, we have a larger customer and technical service team to handle your needs in a timely manner. Furthermore, our office has extended office hours from 8:30 am - 8:00 pm EST, to serve you the best way possible.
Changes regarding PAA Label Design, Document Design and ATMP-Ready product line
Dear valued customer,
In the interest of GMP and to keep our customers informed we are announcing this notification regarding the change of the layout of our labels and documents. The layout of PAA product labels and documents will be aligned to the corporate design of GE Healthcare Life Sciences. Product formulation and production process will not be affected.
In accordance with the renewal of our GMP license granted by the Austrian Ministry of Safety in Healthcare issued in June 2012 the product line ATMP-Ready which are intended “for ex vivo culturing and handling of transplantable cells and tissue in regenerative medicine for in vivo applications” will be stated on the new label with the disclaimer: “for ex-vivo use in regenerative medicine”.
Please also be aware that there will be changes to the format of the expiry date and intended storage of the product on our new label. Expiry date will be changed to YYYY-MM. Refrigerated products will be advised to be stored at +2 to +8 °C and room temperature products at +15 to +25 °C.
The change of labels will be effective from January 7th 2013. From this time all newly produced batches shall be labelled according to the details set out above. The labels for products manufactured before this date will not change. The layout of corresponding product documentation will also be changed during 2013. All customers will be informed when available.
