PAA`s Neuronal Base Medium is formulated to meet the special requirements of neuronal cells. In combination with different NeuroMixes (B27 NeuroMix, Neuronal Stem Cell Supplement) the complete medium allows growth of neuronal cells without the need of an astrocyte feeder layer. The basal medium contains vitamins, trace elements and amino acids which are also optimized for growth of neuronal tumour cell lines.
