Ham's F-10 Medium was originally developed to support the growth of Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO) and their recombinant derivatives, HeLa- and murine L-cells.
Applications
- Used with or without serum supplementation, depending on the cell type
- Human diploid cells, white blood cells (chromosomal analysis)
- Primary cells from rat, rabbit or chicken
