Salt solutions are used in many different applications within research, diagnostic and industrial areas. PAA uses only prescreened high quality raw materials and water in the manufacture of all salt solutions. Sterile  buffers, rinsing solutions and water are offered in a variety of convenient pack sizes.

Raw Material

All chemicals and raw materials are subject to stringent Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) ­controls before being released into the buffer production area. Only those raw materials which pass PAA's quality ­specifications are selected for use.

Water Quality

High quality water is a critical component of all buffer solutions. PAA uses purified water in the production of all buffer solutions. The use of high quality water together with QC controlled raw materials guarantees that our customers only receive buffers of the highest quality.

Manufacturing

All buffer solutions are manufactured using carefully controlled Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). All production processes are carefully monitored to ensure product integrity. Sterile filtration through 0.2 µm filter systems is performed. Finished buffer solutions are fully QC tested and parameters such as endotoxin and osmolality are recorded on the corresponding Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

Packaging and Storage

The buffer solutions are supplied in a variety of convenient laboratory pack sizes in PET bottles. Larger volumes are supplied in 10 litre plastic containers fitted with outlet taps. All buffers are shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at room temperature upon arrival.
